Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Processing days do not include weekends or holidays. Larger orders like bulk liquid soap or custom batches take anywhere from four weeks to two months, depending on required cure times.
Products are packed and shipped using the most eco-friendly materials possible, including compostable peanuts, recyclable boxes & paper tape. (Please reuse whenever possible!)

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. By default, I ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Select, depending on weight or contents. Please contact me if you require a different shipping method.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations & Returns
I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase.
